All return shipments should be sent via a trackable method.

Costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

30 Days to Return

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if worn due to hygiene reasons.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns if your goods are damaged / faulty.

If you decide you no longer want the goods then all items must be in their original unopened packaging and must not have been used.

Before you send anything back to us, you must contact us using our contact form to let us know you want to exchange or return an item. Please include your name and order number inside the packaging being return.

All returns must be sent to our UK office.
